Dark Chocolate brown single seater Sofa / Armchair -

This is a large and very comfertable singler sofa or armchair in a dark chocolate color and leather finish (not sure if leather is real or faux). I am only giving it away as I dont have space to put it. Its in very good condition with no visible scuff marks or scratches and comes from a smoke free home. Please see pictures attached.
